Gezolan EPDM is synthetic rubber that’s coloured for the full thickness of the granule providing superior resistance to ultraviolet (UV) light, fading and wear.

PlayKote Precoat is manufactured by coating recycled SBR granules (derived from waste tyre reduction) with high quality pigments and polymers in addition to UV stabilizers.

Crumb rubber is derived from tyre rubber and is manufactured from either shredding and granulation or retread buffings.

PlayKote Synthetic Grass Infill reduces the potential for temperature to increase in the surface of synthetic grass.

PlayKote Binder 5762 has been specifically formulated to give the best elastic properties which are required for playground surfacing.

This recycled product exhibits a natural bark appearance accompanied by the reduced need for ongoing maintenance compared to alternatives like loose bark.

PlayKote EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber crumb when installed according to
manufacturer’s instructions and when properly maintained is warranted for a period of 3 years against extreme colour fading of the product as mentioned below. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the product and does not include the whole installed system, which is the installing companies responsibility.

In a warranty case, Australian Surfacing Supplies will provide replacement materials at no charge. Therefore, the defective parts must be returned with all transportation charges prepaid by the owner to Australian
Surfacing Supplies for further analysis. Australian Surfacing Supplies reserves the right to decline a warranty case if the underlying reasons are not due to defects in material.

It is the owner’s responsibility to establish that the product was installed according to installer’s instructions and that the product was cleaned and handled properly.  This warranty does not cover any labour or other service charges incurred, or any parts not manufactured by Australian Surfacing Supplies.

Please note, under Australia’s extreme UV conditions all EPDM will fade to varying degrees.

Please note, Precoat SBR is an external colour coating on black SBR granule. Overtime and due to normal usage this coating will decrease and the surface will darken.
